چکیده
Os elementos clínicos orientam o diagnóstico de cardiopatia acianogênica tipo comunicação interatrial. No entanto, em presença de síndrome de Down e mesmo sem hemibloqueio anterior esquerdo, não se afasta o diagnóstico do defeito do septo atrioventricular. O ecocardiograma revelou a presença de CIA tipo ostium primum de 11 mm de diâmetro e insuficiência tricúspide moderada em defeito parcial do septo atrioventricular.
